Beautiful bunch of flowers from the man I love.

Beautiful bunch of flowers from the man I love.

Life is a shipwreck but we must not forget to sing in the lifeboats.

God gave me Steven Tyler Magnuson. :)

I get so distracted
By some peoples reactions
That I don’t see my own faults
For what they are
For what they are

At times so self destructive
With no intent or motive
But behind this emotion,
There lies a sensible heart
A sensible heart

See I’m no king
I wear no crown
But desperate times
Seem over now
But still I weaken somehow
It tears me apart
It tears me apart

I hope to learn as time goes by
That I should trust what’s deep inside
Burning bright, oh burning bright
My sensible heart

Elvis Presley - Don’t Be Cruel

34 years ago today, Elvis Presley died.

We here at tuneage don’t think there’s much more to say than what’s already been said. Let’s just enjoy the music.

Elvis Presley | Don't Be Cruel | Billboard Hot 100 Singles 1956

4,163 plays

I came across this by chance several months ago and was glued to it… saw it again the other day while flipping through channels with my Love and was reminded again of how great it is.

The principles are so incredibly simple- eat healthy foods. Eat fruits and vegetables. Spend your money on foods that are WORTH something and that actually provide your body with something valuable and useful.

But so few people pay attention, or care. I was one of those people for a long time. Still am sometimes. Unfortunately our society makes it far more affordable and convenient to make horrible choices. Getting people to care is the problem, and a lot of people don’t find a reason to care until they’re diagnosed with a chronic, life altering disease- or cancer. I really do understand how that happens, and it’s so sad.

Anyways, long story short, this is definitely one of the most valuable documentaries I’ve seen.
